The heritage Queenslanders, workers’ cottages and post-war homes across Red Hill mostly still run brass taps that close a rubber washer onto a brass seat. Decades of use and high pressure pit that seat, so a fresh washer alone drips again within weeks. We re-machine the seat on site, fit new jumper valves and O-rings, and free seized spindles.
