Pre-Purchase Plumbing Inspections

Pre-Purchase Plumbing Inspections Brisbane

Buying a home is one of the biggest investments you’ll ever make, and the last thing you want is to discover costly plumbing or roofing problems after settlement. At TRG Plumbing & Drainage, our pre-purchase inspection services give Brisbane homebuyers the clarity they need to make informed decisions and avoid unexpected repair bills.

Our Pre-Purchase Roof and Plumbing Inspections Cover:

Plumbing system checks:
Assessing water pressure, pipe condition, drainage flow, hot water systems, and stormwater connections.
Leak detection:
Locating hidden leaks in walls, ceilings, or underground that could lead to structural damage.
Roof condition assessment:
Inspecting tiles, sheeting, flashing, gutters, and downpipes for wear, rust, or storm damage.
Drainage and stormwater evaluation:
Ensuring water is directed safely away from the home to prevent flooding or erosion.
Compliance verification:
Checking that installations meet Australian Standards and local council regulations.

Our fully licensed and insured plumbers conduct a detailed assessment of your property’s plumbing and roof systems, identifying hidden issues that standard building inspections may overlook. With years of experience in Brisbane’s property market and a deep understanding of Queensland’s harsh weather conditions, we know exactly where to look for early signs of trouble.

We contacted TRG the night prior and received immediate contact. Their team was on-site within 36 hours and completed a very tricky job of installing a new Water heater in a tight loft space to replace one that was leaking and causing damage. They perform their duties with great professionalism and quality work, on time and to the exact quote they stated. I would use them again and encourage anyone else to use them also. Ian

Comprehensive Plumbing Inspections

Buying a property without understanding the condition of its plumbing can be a costly mistake. Our pre-purchase plumbing inspections Brisbane service examines all visible and accessible pipework, fixtures, and fittings, from kitchen and bathroom taps to outdoor hose connections. We check for leaks, corrosion, and signs of poor workmanship, as well as compliance with current plumbing codes.

Roof & Gutter Assessments

A damaged or poorly maintained roof can lead to water ingress, structural damage, and expensive repairs. Our roof inspection Brisbane process covers tiles, sheeting, flashing, gutters, and downpipes, ensuring rainwater is being effectively channelled away from your home. This is especially important in Brisbane’s subtropical climate, where intense summer storms can quickly exploit weak points in a roofing system.

Advanced CCTV Drain Camera Diagnostics

Standard building inspections often overlook underground drainage systems, leaving buyers unaware of major issues until it’s too late. Using CCTV drain camera inspections Brisbane, we identify root intrusion, pipe collapses, and blockages without excavation. This ensures you have a complete picture of the property’s condition before you commit.

Roof & Plumbing Inspections Before Purchase FAQ

Our pre-purchase roof and plumbing inspections give you a clear picture of a property’s condition, helping you make informed decisions and avoid costly surprises after settlement.
