New Build Plumbing

New Build Plumbing Brisbane

If you’re constructing a new residential home, townhouse, unit complex, or commercial premises, you need a plumbing team that understands the importance of precision, compliance, and timely delivery. At TRG Plumbing, our experienced and fully licensed Brisbane plumbers work hand-in-hand with builders, developers, and project managers to design and install complete plumbing systems that meet Australian Standards and stand the test of time.

Our New Build Plumbing Services Include:

Plumbing system design & planning:
Ensuring compliance with the Australian Plumbing Standards and National Construction Code (NCC).
Rough-ins and pipework installation:
Accurate, efficient placement of water, waste, and gas lines.
Fixture and appliance installation:
Taps, sinks, toilets, showers, hot water systems, and more.
Stormwater and sewer connections:
Protecting your property from Brisbane’s heavy seasonal rainfall.
Backflow prevention systems:
We supply, install, test, and maintain backflow prevention devices to protect your property and drinking water from contamination caused by reverse water flow. Backflow occurs when water flows in the opposite direction within your plumbing system, potentially drawing in pollutants or contaminants from connected sources.
Final testing and certification:
Ensuring your system is safe, efficient, and fully compliant before handover.

We take a start-to-finish approach to new build plumbing, managing every stage of the process to ensure seamless integration into your construction schedule. From the initial design and rough-ins to the final fixture installation and stormwater connection, our team is committed to delivering work that is on time, on budget, and built to last.

We contacted TRG the night prior and received immediate contact. Their team was on-site within 36 hours and completed a very tricky job of installing a new Water heater in a tight loft space to replace one that was leaking and causing damage. They perform their duties with great professionalism and quality work, on time and to the exact quote they stated. I would use them again and encourage anyone else to use them also. Ian

Underslab Plumbing (Site & Sub‑Slab Works)

This foundational phase involves installing water supply mains, sewer lines, stormwater drains and pipework beneath the slab before concrete is poured. All pipes are set to correct gradients, tested and inspected before proceeding. This critical task complies with national building codes and prevents costly rework later.

Above‑Ground Rough‑In (Top‑Out or Stack‑Out)

Once the building is framed and the roof is on, we install our internal water, waste and venting piping through walls and ceilings, installing roof vent stacks and gas lines if required. All lines are secured, capped and tested while the structure is still open, ensuring fixture locations are correctly positioned before plasterboard goes up.

Trim‑Out & Final Fixture Installation (Fit-Off or Final Stage)

In the final stage, we install sinks, toilets, taps, hot water systems and other WaterMark-compliant fixtures. Following the fitting, we conduct commissioning, leak and testing, complete compliance checks, and provide final handover readiness—all ensuring your plumbing meets code and functions perfectly.
