Underslab Plumbing (Site & Sub‑Slab Works)

This foundational phase involves installing water supply mains, sewer lines, stormwater drains and pipework beneath the slab before concrete is poured. All pipes are set to correct gradients, tested and inspected before proceeding. This critical task complies with national building codes and prevents costly rework later.

Above‑Ground Rough‑In (Top‑Out or Stack‑Out)

Once the building is framed and the roof is on, we install our internal water, waste and venting piping through walls and ceilings, installing roof vent stacks and gas lines if required. All lines are secured, capped and tested while the structure is still open, ensuring fixture locations are correctly positioned before plasterboard goes up.

Trim‑Out & Final Fixture Installation (Fit-Off or Final Stage)

In the final stage, we install sinks, toilets, taps, hot water systems and other WaterMark-compliant fixtures.
