Their team was on-site within 36 hours and completed a very tricky job of installing a new Water heater in a tight loft space to replace one that was leaking and causing damage. They took care to really understand exactly what we were after with the work and made sure it was as neat and tidy as possible. Had a plumbing issue for 3years, had 3 different plumbers come out and given wildly different fixes with a huge variant in cost, ranging from 2k to 10k+ & ripping off walls to saying it can’t be done. Tom was immediately confident they could fix it and the team (shoutout Josh & Anthony!) who thought outside the box, found the water cut off for the unit which the other 3 failed to do & fixed the problem promptly without knocking down any walls while keeping price in a very reasonable range. Also organised a plasterer & tiler to work concurrently with them & get the job done super fast. Brilliant all round, would recommend to anyone getting the run around. Never felt talked down to or patronised in any way & they showed up on time! Great communication and fully informed before any tasks started, with price point of differences given for each step.
